Everything about one retailer sits in its detail panel. On the **Sources** page, click the retailer's name or the arrow at the end of its row.

## What the panel shows

- The status at the top. If there is a problem, a box explains it and holds the button that fixes it. See [What does each source status mean?](/help/en/products-and-sources/source-status-messages).
- **health · last 14 days**: one block per day. Hover a block to see if that day was healthy, mixed, blocked or had no reading.
- **collection level**: **Standard** or **Extended route**.
- **coverage**: how many of your products are linked to this shop. **View** opens the **Mappings** tab for this shop.

## Rename a retailer

Next to **country / route**, choose **Edit**. In **Edit retailer** you change the **Display name** and choose **Save**. The internal name under **Slug** cannot be changed.

## Pause a retailer

Switch off the toggle in the **active** column of its row. When the panel shows a problem, you can also use **Pause source** there, and **Resume source** to switch it back on.

A paused retailer is not checked, so no new prices come in. It also does not count towards the number of competitor shops in your plan. When you switch it back on and your plan is already full, you get a message that your plan allows no more. See [Plans and limits](/help/en/plans-and-billing/plans-and-limits).

## Mark your own store

Switch on **my shop** in the panel. You see **Own store set**, and the row gets a **my store** label. Your own store does not count towards your plan limit. See [Set up your own store](/help/en/getting-started/set-up-your-own-store).

## Delete a retailer

1. In the panel, next to **delete**, choose **Delete**. You can also start from **Edit retailer**.
2. **Delete retailer** asks if you are sure and tells you how many products stop being monitored.
3. Choose **Delete permanently**.

Deleting stops monitoring for this shop and deletes the price history of your products there. You cannot undo it. If you might want the shop back later, pause it instead.
