# Why does a source say Waiting?

> Waiting means a shop has not delivered a single price yet. Nothing is broken: your products usually still need to be linked to its pages.

**Waiting** means the shop has never delivered a price to you. Nothing has gone wrong, it simply has not started. Next to the status you see "no prices yet".

A price can only come in once priceq knows which page on the shop sells your product. So the usual reason is that your products are not linked yet.

## Check the coverage column

The **coverage** column on the shop's row tells you where it stands.

- "no products yet": you have no products in your catalogue yet. Add them first, see [Import products from a file](/help/en/products-and-sources/import-products-from-a-file).
- "carries 0 of" a number: your products are there, but none is linked to this shop yet.
- "carries" a number above 0: some products are linked. Their prices come in with the next price check, see [When are prices checked?](/help/en/getting-started/when-are-prices-checked).

## Link your products now

priceq searches for unlinked products each night at 03:00 UTC. You do not have to wait for that.

1. On the shop's row, choose **Match** with the number of new products, for example **Match 40**.
2. Check the number in **Map products** and choose **Map now**.
3. The row shows **Mapping…** while priceq searches. You get a message when it is done.

Products priceq is not sure about go to the **To review** tab. Confirm them there, see [The review queue](/help/en/checking-matches/the-review-queue).

## Other reasons

- The shop is still **being created…**. Wait until it shows in the list with its name.
- The shop is switched off. A shop with **active** off is not checked. Switch it back on in its row.
