Yes, per pricing rule, once you switch it on. Automatic sending is off for every rule until you do. It is a beta on the **Dynamic pricing** page and comes with the Business plan and up.

## The trial week

First you approve everything yourself. The trial week counts from your first sent or rejected proposal in **Repricing**. You can switch on automatic sending when all of these hold:

- at least 7 days of decisions,
- at least 20 proposals approved or rejected,
- no warnings about data reliability.

The top of **Dynamic pricing** shows how far along you are.

## Switch it on

Under **Automatic sending**, every active rule has a switch. Click it, type the rule's name exactly, and click **Switch on**. This needs the Supervisor or Admin role, a rule that is switched on, and no active stop. Switching off is one click for anyone with the Member role or higher.

## What happens then

After the daily price check, priceq takes the new proposals of that rule and sends the ones that pass every check. Proposals you approved yourself are left for you to send. What it cannot send goes back to **to review**. In **History** the round says **automatic**, and the admins of your account get an email about it.

priceq never sends a price by itself when:

- the product has no minimum price or no cost price,
- the price would be below your cost price,
- the data is weaker, for example a link not checked on barcode or fewer than two shops,
- the move is bigger than your tier or your daily limit allows.

## Tiers

- **Tier A**: up to 3% per step. Everyone starts here.
- **Tier B**: up to 10%, after 14 days of automatic sending without mistakes on tier A.
- **Tier C**: up to your daily maximum, after 14 more days on tier B.

One mistake sends you straight back to tier A. A mistake is an undone round, a price your shop showed differently afterwards, or the brake stopping a round.

## The brake

An automatic round stops before writing anything when more than 15% of your products would change, more than 10% would go down, or more than 5% of the changes land on the minimum price. It applies from 20 products in your range. A product is also skipped when it already changed twice today or within the last 4 hours.

When the brake trips, nothing is sent and all sending pauses until a Supervisor or Admin switches it back on.
