# How do I send approved prices to my shop?

> Send approved prices from the bar at the bottom of Repricing, confirm the count, and read in History what your shop confirmed.

Approve the proposals you want, then click the send button in the bar at the bottom of **Repricing**, for example **Send 12 prices**. Check the window that opens and confirm. priceq writes the prices, reads each one back from your shop, and shows the result under **History**.

Sending needs the Supervisor or Admin role and the Business plan or higher.

## The confirmation

The window shows how many prices go to which shop, how many go **down** and **up**, and for a small round the **largest step**. Click **Send 12 prices** to go ahead, or **Cancel**.

When a round is large compared with your catalogue, priceq asks you to type the number first: "Type 12 to confirm you want this." That happens when more than 15% of your products change, when more than 10% of your products go down, or when more than 5% of the changes land on their minimum price. It only applies from 20 monitored products.

A large round runs in the background, in batches. You can close the page.

## What priceq checks before writing

For each product, priceq first reads the current price in your shop and works out the proposal again. It skips a price when:

- the price in your shop changed in the meantime,
- your shop reported no price for the product, or
- the advice has changed since you approved it.

A skipped proposal goes back to **to review**. priceq also refuses a price below your minimum price or cost price, above your ceiling, or on a product with a running sale. It writes only the normal price, never a sale price.

## The result

Open **History**. Each round shows how many prices went to which shop, with a label:

- **confirmed**: your shop shows the new price.
- **restored**: your shop showed a different price afterwards, so priceq put the old price back.
- **failed**: the price did not go through, or your shop did not confirm it.

Under "Why these did not go" priceq lists the reasons in words. For real failures, click **Try again**. Those products are ready to send again, and go out with your next send.

## A round that stopped halfway

If a round could not finish, a notice says "The last round was not finished" with the number still waiting. Click **Continue sending** to send the rest as part of the same round.

## When sending is refused

- A stop is active. See [Undo a round or stop everything](/help/en/rules-and-proposals/undo-a-round-or-stop-everything).
- The webshop connection is not active. See [Fix a broken webshop connection](/help/en/webshop/fix-a-broken-webshop-connection).
- You connected two shops of the same type.
- A round for this shop is still running.
