The activity log is a list of the changes that matter for access to your account: who invited whom, who changed a role, who downloaded all your data, and when priceq support looked along. You find it in **Settings**, under **Activity log**.

## Who can open it

You need the Supervisor or Admin role. Members and viewers do not see the section at all. See [Roles and what they can do](/help/en/team-and-account/roles-and-what-they-can-do).

## What gets a row

- a colleague invited, an invitation resent or cancelled
- a role changed
- a user deactivated, reactivated, or leaving the organisation
- a full data export downloaded
- a catalogue delivered or synced through the API
- a request to delete the account, and undoing that request
- a look-along session by priceq support
- a step priceq support takes on a support ticket from your organisation, such as sending a reply or closing the ticket

When nothing has happened yet, the section says **No activity yet**.

## Reading a row

Each row names what happened, then who did it, then how long ago. Hover over the time to see the exact moment. The name of a colleague comes from your team list. A row made by priceq itself says **system**.

A look-along row is titled **Looked along with your account**. It shows the reason support typed, after **Reason:**, and the moment their access ran out. The actor is Outflanq support, marked as outside your organisation. What support can and cannot do in such a session is in [Can priceq support see my account?](/help/en/team-and-account/can-priceq-support-see-my-account).

## Filtering and exporting

Two menus sit above the list. **Everyone** narrows it to one user; **All types** narrows it to one kind of change. If a filter leaves nothing, you see **No activity for this filter.**

**Export CSV** downloads the rows you are looking at, filters included, as a file you can open in Excel. It has a column for the time, the actor, the action, the type, the item and the reason.

## What it does not cover

The screen shows the 50 most recent rows. It is not a history of prices, products or alerts: those have their own screens. Rows are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Until then the app cannot edit or remove a row.

For a copy of everything priceq holds on your organisation, use the full export instead, see [Export your data](/help/en/privacy-and-data/export-your-data).
