Connecting your shop does not import anything yet. On the webshop tile in **Settings**, **Webshop**, choose **Select products**, tick the products priceq should follow, and confirm with **Import**.

## Picking products

The window **Choose products to monitor** lists the products in your shop with their SKU, EAN and price.

- Search with **Search by name, SKU or EAN**.
- Narrow the list with **All brands** and **All categories**.
- **Select all** ticks every product that is visible right now. **Clear selection** unticks them.

The button at the bottom shows how many you picked, for example **Import (120)**. After you choose it, you see **Import started** and the products appear on the **Catalog** page shortly after.

## The counter and your plan limit

At the top you see how many products are selected out of your plan limit. Products you already follow from another source, such as a file import, count too. If the total goes over your limit, you see **Your selection exceeds your limit. Trim the selection or upgrade your plan.** and the Import button stays off. See [Plans and limits](/help/en/plans-and-billing/plans-and-limits).

## Warnings you may see

- A share of your products has no EAN. priceq finds a product at other shops most reliably by its EAN, so products without one are harder to match.
- **Your webshop isn't sharing cost prices.** Give the app read access to product costs, so priceq can guard your margins.
- **Only the first products are shown.** The list holds at most 1,000 products from your shop.

## Changing your choice later

Open **Select products** again. The window starts empty each time, and what you import replaces your earlier choice. Products you leave out are no longer watched: their prices stop being checked, but they stay in priceq with their price history.

## What happens next

Next, priceq has to find each imported product at the retailers you follow. See [How priceq finds your product](/help/en/checking-matches/how-priceq-finds-your-product). From then on your shop keeps the products up to date by itself, see [How often your catalogue syncs](/help/en/webshop/how-often-your-catalogue-syncs).
