Open **Settings**, choose **Webshop** and use the tile for your platform. Shopify and WooCommerce send you to your shop to approve access. For Magento you paste four keys from your Magento admin.

## Shopify

1. In **Shop domain**, enter your Shopify address, for example your-shop.myshopify.com. Use the myshopify.com address, not your own domain name.
2. Choose **Connect**. Shopify opens and asks you to approve access.
3. Approve. You land back in Settings and see **Webshop connected**.

## WooCommerce

1. In **Store URL**, enter your shop address, for example https://yourstore.com.
2. Choose **Connect**. Your WordPress site opens and asks you to approve read and write access.
3. Approve. You land back in Settings.

There is also **Connect manually**. It asks for a consumer key and secret that you create yourself in WooCommerce under **Settings**, **Advanced**, **REST API**. We recommend the normal **Connect** route instead: it sets the right permissions for you. A key entered by hand can end up showing **Action needed** later. See [Fix a broken webshop connection](/help/en/webshop/fix-a-broken-webshop-connection).

## Magento

1. In your Magento admin, go to **System**, **Extensions**, **Integrations** and add a new integration.
2. Give it read access to the catalog (products and categories) and write access to product prices.
3. Activate the integration and copy its four keys: consumer key, consumer secret, access token and access token secret.
4. In priceq, choose **Connect manually** on the Magento tile. Fill in **Base URL** and the four keys, then choose **Save and connect**.

priceq tests the keys before it saves them. If the integration cannot read products or categories, the tile shows **Action needed** straight away.

## If it does not work

You see **Could not connect** with a short reason. The usual causes:

- the address does not start with https
- for Shopify, the address is not a myshopify.com address
- the keys are wrong, or were deleted in your shop
- priceq could not reach your shop

Fix the cause and choose **Connect** again.

## After connecting

The tile shows **Connected** and your store address. Nothing is imported yet: first choose which products priceq should follow with **Select products**. See [Choose which products to import](/help/en/webshop/choose-which-products-to-import).
