priceq connects to three platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2. Magento includes Adobe Commerce. Shopware, JTL, Lightspeed and other platforms have no connection, so you bring your products in with a file instead.

## The three platforms

You find all three under **Settings**, then **Webshop**. Each platform has its own tile.

- **Shopify**: you enter your shop domain and approve access in Shopify.
- **WooCommerce**: you enter your store URL and approve access in WordPress. Entering keys by hand is possible too.
- **Magento**: you create an integration in your Magento admin and paste its four keys into priceq.

Your store address must use https. Step by step instructions are in [Connect your webshop](/help/en/webshop/connect-your-webshop).

## What a connection gives you

Once connected, you choose which products priceq follows. priceq then reads them from your shop and keeps them up to date every day. When you approve a new price, priceq can send it to your shop. See [What priceq reads and writes](/help/en/webshop/what-priceq-reads-and-writes).

## Any other platform

Export your products from your shop as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file and import it on the **Catalog** page. priceq needs four things per product: your article code (SKU), the EAN, the product name and a category. See [Import products from a file](/help/en/products-and-sources/import-products-from-a-file).

With a file import, nothing updates by itself. Upload a new version of the same file when your range or prices change. Products that are already in priceq get updated, and new article codes are added.

Sending prices back to your shop needs a connection. Without one, you still see where your competitors stand, but you change the prices in your shop yourself.
