Nine alerts, seven with their own threshold.
One event, on one product, with the numbers that caused it. An alert tells you; it never changes a price.
No card for the trial. Cancel any time. From €99 a month, excluding VAT, businesses only.
In the app, and in your daily summary.
A threshold, so one cent is not news.
Seven of the nine carry a default threshold, and under it nothing fires. The other two fire on the event itself. These are all nine, and which kind of shop they are switched on for.
All nine exist in every plan. Which ones start switched on depends on whether you are a webshop or a brand. See the prices
In the app always, by email when you want it there.
Every alert stands in the app, on the alert list. Email is a choice each person makes for themselves: the moment an alert fires, one summary a day, or nothing at all.

Your own sale stays quiet.
For a shop connected through Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento 2, a sale price under your own list price counts as a promotion, and the alerts your discount would otherwise cause are held back. A competitor who goes under even your sale price still sets one off.
What an alert does, and does not do.
An alert arrives, and your shop stays exactly as it is.
- It arrives in the app. And by email as well, at once or in the daily summary, if you chose that.
- It never changes a price. Nothing in your shop moves because an alert fired.
- Proposals are separate. From Business a rule proposes a price, with the floor it kept, and waits for your approval, or pushes it if you switched the rule to automatic.
Four questions about alerts.
Can I change a threshold?
Yes, per alert type. The values in the table are the defaults that every account starts with. The screen for it is not in the app yet, so mail [email protected] and we set it for you.
How do alerts arrive?
In the app, always. By email the moment an alert fires, or in one summary a day, or not at all. Each person picks that for themselves.
What happens during a promotion?
Your own discount stays quiet. priceq reads a price under your list price as a sale, and a competitor who goes under your sale price still sets off an alert.
Do alerts change my prices?
Never. An alert only tells you. From Business a pricing rule can propose a price, with the floor it kept, and that proposal waits for your approval, unless you switched the rule to push on its own.
