Cotton yoga mat, proposal approved
Three platforms connect directly.
Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2 talk to priceq over their own API. Every other platform works through a CSV or Excel upload, or through the priceq API.
What crosses, and when.
At the connection priceq reads your catalogue and your own prices from the shop, and reports that sync as the event catalog.sync.completed.
- Every night the round checks the competitor listings, finished before the working day.
- A price goes back only after a person approves it, and priceq reads it back from the shop.
- The writers set the price and nothing else: stock, product texts and images are never written.
Your shop stays the source of truth.
Names, prices and cost come from the shop. After a price is approved, by you or by a rule you switched on, priceq writes that price back and nothing else: the variant price in Shopify, the regular price in WooCommerce, never over a running sale, the price in Magento 2. Stock, product texts and images are never written. How a proposal works
Another platform: a file or the API.
Upload a CSV or an Excel file and priceq works the same way from there. A row needs an article number, an EAN, a product name and a category; cost price, minimum price, recommended price and maximum price are optional columns. Another platform? Ask us by mail at [email protected].
API keys, webhooks and who may use them.
Your catalogue, matches, prices, proposals, alerts and reports are readable through the API, and a proposal can be approved and pushed from your own system too; the reference is at /developers. You create up to ten live keys yourself and revoke them one by one. Six events are pushed to a URL you name. People in your account hold one of four roles, viewer, member, supervisor or admin, and only an admin manages API keys.
The six events
- alert.triggered
- sku.added
- sku.archived
- msrp.changed
- run.completed
- catalog.sync.completed
In every plan. The three connections, the CSV upload, API keys and webhooks are included from €99 a month, excluding VAT, businesses only.

My platform is not listed.
Then upload a CSV or an Excel file, or use the API. Another platform? Ask us by mail.
Does priceq write to my shop without asking?
Only if you told a rule to. Automatic pushing is off by default; from Business you switch it on per rule, and the rule's proposals then go to your shop inside your guardrails. Otherwise a price moves after a person approves it, never before.
What does the CSV need?
An article number, an EAN, a product name and a category per row. Cost price, minimum price, recommended price and maximum price are optional columns.
How do I get an API key?
You create it yourself in the app, up to ten live keys at a time, each revocable on its own. Only an admin may do it.
