Adjust prices automatically – within your limits

From Business a rule in priceq can change the prices in your shop by itself. It starts with a week in which you approve everything, then it moves in small steps, always above your floor.

No card for the trial. Cancel any time. Dynamic pricing comes with Business, €299 a month, excluding VAT, businesses only.

Your prices follow the market, by rules you wrote.

Dynamic pricing here means one thing: priceq reads what your competitors charge, a rule works out your price, five guardrails check it, and the result goes to your shop. No model guesses what a customer might pay. Every price can be traced back to a competitor price, a rule and your floor, and that trail is on every proposal.

You choose the rule per shop, category or product: be the cheapest, protect your margin, follow the market, match the lowest, follow your recommended price or clear stock.

Four steps from your click to automatic.

Before a rule may push by itself there is a test week: priceq proposes, you approve or reject, and you see whether the advice is right before anything moves by itself. The week counts from your first decision and is complete after seven days, twenty decided proposals and no warnings about the data. It builds your trust in the advice, and ours.

One mistake sends you back to small steps: a round you undo, a warning about the data, or a round the brake stopped. Going up is slow and going back is immediate, because a step too small costs you a click and a step too big puts a wrong price live.

Automatic is a switch per rule, and it is off until you turn it on. A rule you leave alone keeps waiting for your approval, also when another rule runs by itself. And on its own a rule only pushes a product that has a floor, a cost price and a day cap, and never below your cost price.

A brake on every round, and one button that stops it all.

Your floor catches one wrong price. The brake catches a wrong round: when far more prices move than on a normal day, something is off in the data, not in the market, and the round does not go out.

One button stops everything, also what is already queued. Your shop keeps the prices it has, your colleagues see the reason, and undoing the latest round still works.

Every price that goes out, by your click or by a rule, is written to your shop, read back from it and added to a log that only takes new lines.

Five questions about dynamic pricing.

Is this AI pricing?

No. Every price comes from a competitor price, a rule you chose and your guardrails, and you can read that trail on every proposal. priceq does not estimate demand or what a customer is willing to pay.

Can I keep approving everything myself?

Yes. Automatic is off by default and you switch it on per rule. A rule you leave alone keeps waiting for your approval.

What happens when something goes wrong?

You undo the latest round, and priceq leaves alone every price you changed yourself since. One mistake also sends the automatic steps back to 3%, and one button stops everything until you switch it back on.

Does priceq reprice on Amazon or bol.com?

No. priceq can read a marketplace price as one of your sources, and it writes prices to your own webshop only: Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento 2.

Which plans include dynamic pricing?

Business, Professional and Enterprise. Start is monitoring and alerts: it shows you where you stand, without proposing or changing a price.
