Do the prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax; an EU business with a valid VAT number is charged with reverse charge.
How do I cancel?
In the app, yourself, any time. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for, a month or a year. No notice period, no minimum term.
How do I pay, and when does the invoice arrive?
You pay per period in advance, by iDEAL, SEPA direct debit or card through Stripe. The invoice arrives by email after each payment.
Do my trial days carry over?
Yes. The days you have left move to the plan you choose, so nothing is charged until they run out.
What if the trial ends and I have not chosen a plan?
The account is suspended and you have thirty days to choose a plan. Nothing is charged in the meantime.
Can the price go up?
Prices are fixed until at least 1 January 2028. After that, at most one change a year, in line with the Dutch consumer price index.
What happens if I go over a limit?
The app refuses the addition above your limit, with a lock per customer so two people cannot take the same last slot. A bigger plan raises the limit.
Is a brand charged the same?
Yes, the same three plans. A brand sees how retailers price against its recommended price, and that price stays a recommendation.
