Verified on the product code, never guessed from a title.

Every match is checked against the EAN or the article number before a price is shown.

  • Structured data first. The code as the shop publishes it on the page.
  • Then the article number in the text of the product page itself.
  • A language model only as the last layer, and its answer is checked against the code.
  • Doubt goes to the review queue, where you accept it or abandon it.

The daily check

A proposal carries the rule and the floor. Automatic only when you say so.

priceq proposes a price and waits. From Business you can switch a rule to push its proposals itself, inside the same guardrails. That switch opens after a test week in which you approve every proposal, it starts with small steps, and one button stops everything.

  • Alert. What happened, and the threshold it crossed.
  • Rule. The rule that produced the price, in words you can read.
  • Guardrail. Without a floor the proposal is refused.
  • After approval, yours or a rule's. Pushed to your shop, read back from it, and written to a log that only takes new lines.

It repairs itself when a shop changes its layout.

Three misses in a row and priceq builds a new profile for that shop.

Three misses in a row

Or a move of more than 30% in 24 hours. That is when priceq stops trusting its own profile of that shop.

A new profile

priceq reads the shop again and builds the profile anew, at most three attempts in seven days.

Accepted inside the band

A new price counts only inside the seven-day band of that product. Until it is right, the price is marked old.

How prices are tracked

Hosted in Germany, separated in the database.

The application and the database run at Hetzner in Nürnberg, inside the EU.

  • Every customer separated in the database.
  • A full backup every night, encrypted before it leaves the German cluster. The key stays there.
  • The audit log keeps twelve months and the application cannot change or delete it.
  • Price history twelve months. After the contract ends the data is wiped within thirty days.

Judge it on your own catalogue: fourteen days with every feature, on 100 products and 3 competitor shops, no card, and the remaining days carry over to the plan you choose.

Three questions this page raises.

Is the price set by a model?

No. The rules are fixed and readable. A language model is only the last matching layer, and its answer is always checked against the product code.

What if a competitor changes its shop?

Three misses in a row and priceq re-profiles that shop, at most three attempts in seven days. Until the data is right, the app marks it: failed check, lost match, dead link, stale price.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Reports as PDF and Excel, an API and webhooks, and an administrator can export all of the organisation's data.

Put the five mechanisms on your own catalogue for fourteen days.
