PriceShape is an extensive tool with lots of data and a dedicated account manager. Three things to watch for: you cannot start on your own, new prices usually arrive through a feed that your shop has to read in itself, and the price starts at €599 a month, with a contract. Start on your own, today
priceq: account, shop, competitor.
You create an account yourself and connect your shop. Then you add a competitor once, and priceq finds their product pages itself. Press Measure now and you have prices straight away. No meeting, no product feed.
PriceShape: a conversation first.
After the trial form, someone from their team gets in touch; in the meantime you can book a meeting. According to their pricing page, they connect your product feed on day 2 to 4 of your trial.

2Prices in your shop
No feed and no developer
priceq: Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2.
Before you save a strategy, you see how many prices change and what difference that makes in euros. In the first week you approve every change yourself. After that priceq puts prices in your shop automatically and reads them back.
PriceShape: a feed your shop fetches.
PriceShape puts new prices in a price feed. Your shop fetches that feed itself and processes it; according to PriceShape, you often arrange that with your developer or a partner. For Shopify they mention an integration; for Magento there is a paid module from a partner.

1Connect your shop
Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento 2 takes a few clicks. Another shop, or an ERP? Upload your products as a CSV or Excel file, or send them through the priceq API.
2Add your competitors
One address per competitor. priceq finds the product pages itself.
3Run them side by side

Questions
What does priceq cost?
Start is €99 a month for 200 products, Business €299 for 1,000 products with price proposals, Professional €699 for 5,000 products. Trends, alerts and reports come with every plan. Excluding VAT, cancel any month, or pay yearly for 10% off.
How many competitors can I track?
Three on Start and Business, unlimited on Professional. You add them once, not per product.
Do I need a developer?
No. You connect Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2 yourself, and priceq writes approved prices back to them too, from Business up. For other shops, use a CSV or Excel file, or the priceq API.
Does priceq track marketplaces too?
priceq tracks your competitors’ own webshops, in your own country. If you mainly want to track Amazon, bol or Idealo, PriceShape is the better fit for that.
