HelpChecking matches
Checking matches
How priceq finds your product at a shop, the review list, and fixing a match that is wrong or missing.
- How does priceq find my product at a shop?
priceq searches each shop for your EAN, part number and name, opens the page it finds, and links it only when the product codes agree.
- What is the review queue and how do I clear it?
The review queue holds the links priceq will not decide on its own. Open Sources, then To review, and confirm the right page or say the shop does not sell it.
- Why is my product still unmatched?
A product stays unlinked when priceq cannot find a page whose codes match yours. Here are the causes, when it tries again, and how to link it yourself.
- How do I fix a product that is linked to the wrong page?
Open Sources, go to Mappings, find the row and click the pencil to paste the right page. priceq checks the EAN on that page before it saves.
- How do I see where one product is linked?
Open the product in Catalog and go to the Links tab. It lists every shop you follow, the page linked there, and how the link was made.
- Why did a working link disappear?
When a shop removes a page, stops selling the product or puts another product on the page, priceq drops the link and searches for a new page the next night.
- How do I import product URLs in bulk?
Upload a CSV with a sku or ean, a retailer and a url per row. priceq checks the EAN on each page and links the ones that match.
- How do I start matching right away?
Matching runs every night. To start it now for one shop, click Match on that shop in Sources and then Map now. For one product, use Find listing.
