Connecting your webshop
Connecting Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento, choosing products, what priceq reads and writes, and fixing a connection.
- Which webshops can I connect to priceq?
priceq connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2, including Adobe Commerce. Any other platform works through a file import.
- How do I connect my webshop?
Open Settings, then Webshop, and use the tile for Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento. Shopify and WooCommerce ask you to approve; Magento uses four keys.
- How do I choose which products priceq imports from my shop?
Connecting imports nothing yet. Choose Select products on the webshop tile, tick the products you want to follow and confirm with Import.
- What does priceq read from my webshop, and what does it change?
priceq reads product data, prices and daily sales totals. It writes only selling prices, and never your stock, texts or sale prices.
- How often does priceq update my products from my shop?
Every night between 05:30 and 06:10 UTC, plus straight away when you change a product in Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Why are Import and Add product greyed out on my Catalog page?
Your webshop is connected, so your shop is the source of your products. Adding and editing products in priceq is switched off until you disconnect.
- My webshop connection says "Action needed": how do I fix it?
Read the message on the webshop tile. It names one of three causes. Shopify and WooCommerce reconnect in one click; Magento needs new keys.
- How do I disconnect my webshop, and what happens then?
Use Disconnect on the webshop tile or in the Danger zone. Your products and price history stay; updates from your shop and sending prices stop.
