How do I download Excel reports for a period I choose?

Updated

Alerts and reports, 8 articles

Open Settings and choose Reports. Pick a Period, then choose Download next to the workbook you want. Every user can do this, whatever their role.

The period

Period offers last 30 days, last 90 days and last 365 days. The workbook uses every price priceq measured on your linked shop pages in that period. Column names follow the language you use in the app.

Price position per product

Each product gets one row. It shows your reference price, which is your selling price or your MSRP when you have none. Next to it are the lowest, average and highest price measured, plus the number of shops and observations.

The last column, deviation_%, says how far the cheapest price sits under (negative) or over (positive) your reference price. Rows are sorted on that column, biggest undercut first. A product without a reference price has an empty deviation and ends up at the bottom.

Deviations from the advised price

Each shop and product pair gets a row with the shop's most recent price in the period next to your advised price (your MSRP). You see the difference in money and in percent, and when it was measured. Only rows that differ from your advised price are listed. Products without an MSRP are left out.

Price trend by category

One row per category per week, with the average, lowest and highest price, and how many products and observations went into it. Products without a category are grouped under "-".

Other downloads

These workbooks are not the weekly or monthly report. Those have their own PDF and Excel buttons on the Reports page, see Weekly and monthly reports. To take everything priceq holds for your organisation, see Export your data.
