Products and sources
Your catalogue, importing a file, adding shops to follow, and what the status of a source means.
- How do I import my products from a CSV or Excel file?
Choose Import on the Catalog page and upload a .csv or .xlsx file. priceq recognises the columns, shows a preview and imports after you confirm.
- How do I manage my products on the Catalog page?
The Catalog page shows whether each product's data and links are right. Edit, move and archive products there, and save your filters as views.
- How do I add a retailer?
Paste the shop's web address. priceq works out the name and country, sets the shop up and then links your products to its pages.
- Why can't I add this shop?
When you add a retailer, priceq checks the address first. Here is what each refusal means and what you can do about it.
- What does each source status mean?
Every retailer on the Sources page has one of four statuses: Healthy, Waiting, Delayed or Action needed. Here is what each means and what to do.
- Why does a source say Waiting?
Waiting means a shop has not delivered a single price yet. Nothing is broken: your products usually still need to be linked to its pages.
- How do I edit, pause or delete a source?
Open a retailer's detail panel on the Sources page to rename it, pause it, mark it as your own store or delete it.
- Can I follow Amazon and bol?
Yes. Amazon in four countries and bol can be added like any shop. Here is which price priceq takes from a page with many sellers.
