What does each plan include?
Updated
Plans and billing, 5 articles
Every plan has a ceiling for products, competitor shops and users, and a number of price checks per day. Business and Professional also include price proposals. For prices, see the pricing page.
The plans
- Free trial: 100 products, 3 competitor shops, 2 users, one check a day. No price proposals.
- Start: 200 products, 3 competitor shops, 2 users, one check a day. No price proposals.
- Business: 1,000 products, 3 competitor shops, 3 users, two checks a day. Includes Repricing, Strategy and Dynamic pricing.
- Professional: 5,000 products, unlimited competitor shops, 5 users, two checks a day. Includes the same three.
- Enterprise: above 5,000 products, agreed per customer. You cannot pick it yourself: write to [email protected].
The second daily check runs at an hour you choose. See when are prices checked.
See your usage
Go to Settings, Subscription. Under usage you see three meters, Products, Competitors and Users, each as used out of allowed.
What counts
- Products: the active products you follow. Archived products do not count.
- Competitors: active competitor shops. Your own shop does not count, and neither does a paused shop.
- Users: everyone on the team, including invitations that have not been accepted yet. An open invitation holds its seat. Removed team members do not count.
When you reach a limit
priceq refuses the addition and tells you the limit. For shops the message reads Your plan allows 3 competitor shops. Contact us to raise this. (with your own number). Products and users get the same kind of message.
A file import that goes over the limit is refused as a whole, not cut short. Importing 50 new products when only 20 fit adds none of them. Rows for products you already have do not count as new, so uploading your own list again to update it always works.
Two ways forward: pick a bigger plan, see buy, change or cancel your subscription, or ask support to raise one limit for your account. The subscription screen says it too: Need Enterprise, or something in between? Get in touch and we will make it fit.
A locked menu item means the feature is not in your plan. See why is this menu item locked.
