How do I buy, change or cancel my subscription?

Everything starts in Settings, Subscription. Only an admin can buy, change or cancel. Other roles see the plan and usage, with the line Only an admin can manage the subscription.

Buy a plan

1. Choose Monthly or Yearly (10% off) above the plans.
2. Compare the plans. Each one lists its products, competitors, users and how often prices are refreshed. Your current plan is marked your current plan.
3. Click Choose this plan.
4. Our secure payment page opens. Enter your payment details and billing address there, and a VAT number if you have one.

Prices on the plans are excluding VAT. The VAT that applies is added on the payment page, based on your country. For the prices themselves, see the pricing page.

After paying you come back to the Subscription screen with a message that your payment came through.

Buying during your trial does not cut it short. Your first payment is taken on the day the trial would have ended, and you get an email the day before. See what happens when your trial ends.

Change your plan or payment method

Once a subscription runs, the screen shows it as Active, with your price, the next charge date and your Payment method.

• Change plan opens the payment page on the plan choice.
• Change payment method opens the payment page on your card or account details.

If your bank wants you to approve a payment, a notice says so, with a Confirm the payment button. Your access carries on in the meantime.

Cancel

Click Cancel under the buttons and confirm on the payment page. Back on the Subscription screen, the status reads Ending, with an access until date and the note Nothing more will be charged. Until that date nothing changes.

To keep the subscription after all, click Undo the cancellation before that date.

After the end date

• The app only opens on the Subscription screen, and measuring stops.
• Admins can still export your data.
• 30 days after the end date, your data is deleted.

To come back within those 30 days, pick a plan again on the same screen.
