Team and account, 9 articles
Open My account in the sidebar. It opens as a window over the page you are on, so you do not lose your place. What you set there applies to you alone. Your colleagues each choose their own.
It has three sections: Signing in, Notifications and Appearance.
Language
Go to Appearance and pick a Language: Nederlands, English, Deutsch, Français or Polski. The screen switches straight away.
The language you pick is also the language of your reports and of the e-mails priceq sends you. The export file names follow your screen language too. See Export your data.
Theme
Under Appearance, set Theme to Dark or Light. It applies at once and priceq remembers it in this browser.
Alert e-mails
Go to Notifications. Under How would you like to receive alerts? you choose how alerts reach you by e-mail:
- Daily: one summary of your open alerts per day, sent at 07:00 UTC. This is the setting we recommend.
- Off: no alert e-mail. Alerts stay visible in the app.
Your choice saves as soon as you click. If it fails, you see Could not save. Please try again. Alerts themselves keep working either way. This setting only changes the e-mail you get. See Alert e-mails.
When e-mail cannot reach you
An amber band at the top of the app saying We cannot deliver e-mail to your address. means mail to you bounced or was marked as spam. While that band shows, your daily summary and your reports are held back. Mail [email protected] so we can look at the address with you.
Password
Signing in shows your e-mail address and a Change password button. See Reset your password or get unlocked.
Finding a setting
To find a setting fast, use the search box at the top of Settings. It also finds the sections in My account. Type a word such as "dark" or "language" and choose the result.
Cannot find it? Mail us. We answer ourselves, then write the article. [email protected]
