How do I contact priceq support?
Updated
Team and account, 9 articles
Send an email to [email protected]. In the app, the Need help? link at the bottom of the sidebar opens a new mail to that address in your own mail program. Support works by email only: there is no chat and no form.
Where to find the link
The link sits at the foot of the sidebar, under Sign out, and reads Need help? On a narrow window the sidebar shrinks to a row of icons and the link is hidden. Widen the window, open the menu on your phone, or type the address yourself.
What to put in your mail
A good first mail saves a round of questions. Include:
- the name of your organisation, as it appears at the top of the sidebar
- the screen you were on, for example Overview matrix or Sources
- the product and the retailer, if the question is about one price
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- the exact text of any error message
Send it from the address you use to sign in to priceq. We look up that address to see which organisation you belong to, so a mail from a private address takes longer to place.
What happens after you send it
Your mail lands in our support inbox as a ticket, and a person on the priceq team answers it by email from the same address. You get no automatic confirmation, so no reply yet does not mean the mail was lost.
Our reply carries a ticket number in the subject line, like [#123]. Reply to that mail and keep the number in the subject: your answer then joins the same conversation instead of opening a new one.
Sometimes the quickest way to answer is to look at your account. How that works, and what you can check afterwards, is in Can priceq support see my account?.
Questions that go to another address
- Invoices and payments: [email protected]. Your invoices are also in the app, see Where are my invoices?.
- Privacy questions and requests about your personal data: [email protected].
To delete your whole account you do not need to mail anyone. An admin can do it in the app, see Delete your account.
Cannot find it? Mail us. We answer ourselves, then write the article. [email protected]
