How do I undo a round or stop all price changes?

Two tools help when prices went wrong. Undo round puts the old prices of your latest round back in your shop. Stop everything makes sure nothing new goes to your shop until someone switches it back on.
Both are on pages that come with the Business plan and up.
Undo the latest round
- Open Repricing and go to History.
- At the latest round, click Undo round.
- priceq first checks your shop to see which prices are still from this round. The window shows how many it will undo and how many it will skip.
- Click the button, for example Undo 12 prices.
You then see how many were undone, skipped and failed. The round gets the label rolled back.
priceq skips a price that someone changed in your shop after the round. It does not overwrite that change. It also skips a price it could not read in your shop, or one whose old price it does not know.
Only the latest round can be undone, because undoing an older one would overwrite the newer prices. Undoing deletes nothing: it is added to the history as a new line. If some prices of the round are still in your shop after an undo, the same button puts them back.
Undoing a round needs the Supervisor or Admin role. On Dynamic pricing the link Undo last round takes you to the same place.
Stop everything
On Dynamic pricing, click Stop everything. Pick a reason, for example I see a wrong price or Short pause, and confirm. Your colleagues see the reason on the notice.
From that moment nothing goes to your webshop: not automatically, and not by hand. A round that is running stops before its next batch. Your shop keeps the prices it has now. Undoing a round still works while the stop is on.
Anyone with the Member role or higher can stop. A notice "Stopped" then shows on Repricing and Dynamic pricing.
Switch back on
A Supervisor or Admin clicks Switch back on in the notice. Other roles see "Ask a supervisor to switch it back on." If you are a Supervisor or Admin and the notice has no button, the stop was not set from your account. Then contact support.
priceq can also stop by itself. When an automatic round would change more than your brake allows, nothing is sent and the same stop is set. See Automatic sending and Roles and what they can do.
